วันอังคารที่ 25 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2566 กรมการข้าว และ บริษัท เจียไต๋ จำกัด ได้ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมด้านการผลิตข้าว โดยมีนายณัฏฐกิตติ์ ของทิพย์ อธิบดีกรมการข้าว และนายมนัส เจียรวนนท์ ประธานคณะผู้บริหาร บริษัท เจียไต๋ จำกัด ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ ซึ่งการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือในการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมด้านการผลิตข้าวที่ทันสมัย การร่วมวิจัยและพัฒนาการผลิตข้าวเกษตรอัจฉริยะเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในระบบการผลิตข้าว ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมการเกษตรประสิทธิภาพสูง ซึ่งจะช่วยให้เกิดการขยายผลงานวิจัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์ และพัฒนาการเกษตรของไทยอย่างยั่งยืน ณ ห้องประชุมรวงข้าว ชั้น 2 อาคารกรมการข้าว
นายณัฏฐกิตติ์ ของทิพย์ อธิบดีกรมการข้าว กล่าวว่า การลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลง ร่วมกับบริษัท เจียไต๋ จำกัด ในครั้งนี้ จะเป็นการร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้วิชาการงานวิจัยนวัตกรรมด้านการผลิตข้าวที่ทันสมัย เช่น ผลิตภัณฑ์อารักขาพืช สารชีวภัณฑ์ เทคนิคการใช้โดรนเกษตรประสิทธิภาพสูง และแปลงต้นแบบการเกษตรผลิตข้าวอัจฉริยะ เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ ยังร่วมมือแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลวิจัยและข้อมูลพื้นฐานด้านการปลูกข้าว จนนำไปสู่การถ่ายทอดผลงานวิจัยและเทคโนโลยีที่ได้ร่วมกันพัฒนาขึ้น เพื่อให้เกิดการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เป็นประโยชน์อย่างกว้างขวาง จนสามารถส่งเสริมให้เกษตรกรผลิตข้าวได้มีคุณภาพตามความต้องการของตลาด
นายมนัส เจียรวนนท์ ประธานคณะผู้บริหาร บริษัท เจียไต๋ จำกัด กล่าวว่า เจียไต๋และกรมการข้าวเราต่างมีเป้าหมายเดียวกันในการยกระดับวงการเกษตรของไทย โดยความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ เรามุ่งหวังที่จะพัฒนาการเพาะปลูกข้าวของไทยให้มีศักยภาพ ผ่านความร่วมมือทางการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมด้านการผลิตข้าว เจียไต๋พร้อมสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมด้านการเกษตร เพื่อให้เกิดการเกษตรแม่นยำในนาข้าว (Precision Agriculture) ซึ่งนอกจากการใช้โดรนการเกษตรประสิทธิภาพสูงแล้ว ยังพัฒนาระบบจัดการน้ำอัตโนมัติ (Smart Fertigation) ระบบควบคุมรถไถและรถเกี่ยวอัตโนมัติ (Machinery Supervision) และแพลตฟอร์มการบริหารจัดการฟาร์ม (Farm Management Platform) ที่ครอบคลุมถึงการวิเคราะห์สุขภาพข้าว (Yield Analysis) ช่วยเพิ่มปริมาณและคุณภาพผลิตผล และสามารถบริหารจัดการการใช้ทรัพยากรได้อย่างคุ้มค่า จึงช่วยลดการใช้น้ำ ปุ๋ย รวมถึงแรงงานได้ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อผลักดันศักยภาพของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว เพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันได้ ส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางอาหาร และช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตให้ดียิ่งขึ้นอย่างยั่งยืนตามเจตนารมณ์ของเจียไต๋
Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding on Research Cooperation Between Rice Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, And Chia Tai Company Limited
On Tuesday 25 July 2023, the Rice Department, represented by Mr. Natthakit Khongthip, Director-General, and Chia Tai Company Limited, represented by Mr. Manas Chiaravanond, Chief Executive Officer, joined hands in signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focused on Research and Development of Rice Production Innovation. The primary objectives of this MoU are to foster cooperation in research and development of innovative practices in modern rice production, along with conducting joint research and development initiatives to enhance smart rice production methods and ultimately boost the potential of the rice production system. Furthermore, this agreement aims to support the adoption of high-efficiency agricultural technologies and innovations to optimize the rice cultivation process. Through this MoU, both parties aspire to facilitate the integration of research findings into practical applications, further contributing to the sustainable development of Thai agriculture. This MoU Signing Ceremony was held at Ruang Khao Hall, located on the 2nd floor Rice Department Building.
Mr. Natthakit Khongthip, Director-General of the Rice Department, said, “By signing this MoU with Chia Tai Company Limited, we are nurturing a significant academic collaboration between the government and the private sector with an aim to exchange knowledge in the realm of modern rice production innovation. Main areas of academic exchange encompass a wide array of topics, including but not limited to plant protection products, biological control agents, state-of-the-art agricultural drone utilization techniques, and the implementation of prototype farm for smart rice production. In addition, both parties join forces to share information on research data and fundamental rice production practices, further leading to the dissemination of research findings and technologies that emerge from this partnership. All in all, this alliance holds the potential for widespread implementation, paving the way for encouraging farmers to produce high-quality rice in alignment with market demands.”
Mr. Manas Chiaravanond, Chief Executive Officer of Chia Tai Company Limited, explained, “Chia Tai and the Rice Department share a common mission, which is to elevate the Thai agricultural industry.
